EDC offers School Equipment and Material to needy populations in the South and East regions

Faithful to its policy of contributing to the social well-being of needy populations, EDC through its Association of Professional Women (“Les Turbines,”) paid a visit to the Deng Deng Public School on Friday, September 15 and donated academic material to the institution’s 333 students.

Similarly, on Saturday, September 16, EDC in partnership with Cameroon’s Foundation for the Environment and Sustainable Development (FEDEC) offered bags and educational material to children of the Lolodorf and Ngoyang communities. Boarding schools in both areas received mattresses, new beds and kitchen utensils, and the buildings were painted and renovated. The local teachers also received donations of academic material and expressed gratitude to the Director General of EDC for his generosity.
